1. Information PropStudy collects

Account information

PropStudy collects your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, account creation date, subscription tier and account preferences.

Subscription information

PropStudy stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, billing-period dates and cancellation status. Stripe processes payment-card information directly.

Technical information

PropStudy and its infrastructure providers may collect IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, error logs, security events and similar technical information needed to operate and protect the service.

Support communications

PropStudy may retain emails and information you provide when requesting support or account assistance.

2. How information is used

PropStudy uses information to:

• Create and authenticate accounts.
• Provide free and paid research features.
• Process and reconcile subscriptions.
• Send password-reset and service emails.
• Prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
• Diagnose errors and improve the service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and sessions

PropStudy uses essential session cookies to keep users logged in, maintain account access and protect forms against unauthorized requests.

These cookies are necessary for core account and security functions. PropStudy does not currently use third-party behavioral advertising cookies.

4. Service providers

PropStudy shares limited information with service providers when necessary to operate the platform. These may include:

• Stripe for checkout and subscription billing.
• Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS, security and tunnel connectivity.
• Email providers for password-reset and service messages.
• Hosting, infrastructure and sports-data providers.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Sale of personal information

PropStudy does not currently sell personal information or provide personal information to data brokers.

6. Data retention

PropStudy retains account and subscription information while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, tax, billing, dispute-resolution and legal purposes.

Technical logs may be retained for shorter or longer periods depending on operational and security needs.

7. Security

PropStudy uses measures intended to protect account information, including password hashing, encrypted HTTPS connections, signed sessions, CSRF protection, login throttling and restricted server access.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users should choose a unique password and protect their account credentials.

8. Your choices

You may request account-information correction, account closure or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting PropStudy.

Some information may need to be retained for billing, security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

9. Children's privacy

PropStudy is not directed to children or individuals under 21. PropStudy does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

PropStudy may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
