1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PropStudy, including its website, research tools, subscriptions, reports and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using PropStudy, you agree to these terms. Do not use PropStudy if you do not agree to them.

2. Research platform only

PropStudy is a sports research and decision-support platform. PropStudy is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, bookmaker, wagering intermediary, financial adviser or fiduciary.

PropStudy does not accept wagers, hold betting funds, place bets on behalf of users or guarantee the outcome of any sporting event or wager.

3. No guaranteed results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Statistics, trends, matchup ratings, scores, projections, summaries and other research may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or affected by events that cannot be predicted.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. No information presented by PropStudy guarantees a winning wager, profit or particular result.

4. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 21 years old to use PropStudy for wagering-related research. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and wagering restrictions that apply where you live or access the service.

You may not use PropStudy to facilitate unlawful gambling, fraud, market manipulation, automated scraping, unauthorized resale or any activity that harms PropStudy or another person.

5. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Notify PropStudy promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

6. Free and paid access

PropStudy may offer free and paid service tiers. Features, limits and prices may change over time. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated when reasonably practicable.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Pro access remains available through that date.

7. Payments

Subscription payments and billing information are processed by Stripe. PropStudy does not store your complete payment-card number.

You authorize the applicable subscription charges shown during checkout until you cancel the subscription.

8. Data and availability

Sports schedules, player status, statistics, sportsbook prices and betting lines may change rapidly. PropStudy does not promise that every page, market or data point will always be available, complete or current.

PropStudy may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.

9. Intellectual property

PropStudy's interface, branding, written analysis, scoring methods, software and original content are owned by or licensed to PropStudy.

You may use the service for personal research. You may not reproduce, resell, publish, scrape or create a competing database from PropStudy content without written permission.

10. Third-party services

PropStudy uses third-party services and data sources, including payment, hosting, email, infrastructure and sports-data providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and may experience outages or changes outside PropStudy's control.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

PropStudy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. PropStudy disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropStudy and its owners, operators and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits, lost wagering funds, lost data or decisions made using the service.

PropStudy's total liability for claims related to a paid subscription will not exceed the amount you paid to PropStudy during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account suspension

PropStudy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten service security, abuse subscription access or engage in unlawful activity.

14. Changes to these terms

PropStudy may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
