Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscription billing

PropStudy Pro is billed on a recurring subscription basis at the price displayed during checkout.

Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically at the beginning of each new billing period.

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel through the Manage Billing option on your PropStudy account page.

Unless otherwise stated during cancellation, access to PropStudy Pro remains active through the end of the already-paid billing period. The subscription will not renew after that date.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where PropStudy determines that a billing error occurred.

PropStudy does not provide refunds based on sporting outcomes, wagering results, user profitability, incomplete use of the service or dissatisfaction with a particular research result.

Billing errors

Contact PropStudy promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once.

Include the account email, date of charge and a brief description. Do not email complete payment-card numbers.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe or PropStudy may retry payment, request an updated payment method, restrict Pro access or end the subscription.
